How do I request a refund after purchasing on Amazon?
If you made your purchase on Amazon or another platform, we kindly recommend reaching out to their customer service for assistance with your order, as different selling platforms operate under separate management systems.
Due to the different operating systems of each sales platform, we are unable to process Amazon orders through our independent store.
Can I use these on painted walls?
We do not recommend using our hanging strips on painted walls, as many customers have reported that removing the strips may peel off the paint.
If you feel that the paint is not very sturdy, we suggest avoiding use on painted walls. (However, some customers have had good experiences using our hanging strips on painted walls.)
How can I modify or cancel my order?
