Shipping Information

  • Orders will be shipped as soon as possible within 2 business days. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
  • The actual delivery date may vary depending on origin, destination, Post Office acceptance date and time, and other conditions.
  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will be sent back to JELLYSUB. We will communicate with you and reship your order free of charge.
  • Refused packages will be returned to JELLYSUB at the customer’s expense. The value of goods will be refunded, but initial shipping and return shipping are non-refundable.
