Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are satisfied with our products! If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us first by email at contact@jellysub.com with your order number, the name of the item, and a description of the issue. Once we assess and confirm your request, we will provide you with the return address, and you can then return the original item. (Please do not return items to the original shipping address.)
After we receive and verify the returned product:
  • For returns, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges).
  • For exchanges, we will send you the replacement product. 
Please note that any shipping fees related to returns or exchanges are not covered by us. (Unless the return or exchange is due to a defective product.)

Return Conditions

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund.
  • We accept returns or exchanges for the remaining unused portion of opened products. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging. We aim to maximize recycling and reduce waste or pollution.
 

Cancel Order 

  • If your order has not yet shipped, a cancellation request is possible. Please contact us at contact@jellysub.com.
  • If your order has already shipped, unfortunately canceling your order would not be an option.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@jellysub.com.
