Which surfaces can Jellysub hanging strips be used on?
These hanging strips are suitable for smooth, flat, and clean surfaces, such as: Painted / Varnished Wood, Tiles, Metal, Glass, Smooth Solid Surface (Most Plastics,Acrylic, PVC, PE, PP);
We do not recommend using them on Rough and Non Stick Surfaces (e.g., Painted / Textured / Powder Wall, Wallpaper, Fabrics).
Can I use these on painted walls?
We do not recommend using our hanging strips on painted walls, as many customers have reported that removing the strips may peel off the paint.
If you feel that the paint is not very sturdy, we suggest avoiding use on painted walls. (However, some customers have had good experiences using our hanging strips on painted walls.)
Are these strips waterproof?
Yes, our products can be used in damp environments. However, please note that prolonged exposure to moisture may reduce the adhesive strength.
Can I use these on the ceiling?
We do not recommend using our products on the ceiling.
How to install these hanging strips?
In general, ensure the installation surface is clean and dry. Peel off the adhesive backing and attach the strip to the desired item, whether it's a wall, picture frame, or the back of a hook. Press firmly for a while to ensure it is secure. Wait at least 1 hour before hanging heavy items to achieve the best adhesion.

Why can't I get the picture hanging strips to stick together?
You need to correctly distinguish between the HOOK and LOOP sides of the strips, similar to Velcro. In the packaging, you will find two strips in different colors. Press the strips of different colors together, not the strips of the same color.
Does it matter if the loop side or hook side goes on the wall and which goes on the picture frame?
Whether you choose to apply the hook or loop side to the picture frame or wall, both options are perfectly acceptable. Simply follow the usage instructions provided in our product details, and you should be all set.
How to remove used hanging strips? Will they leave marks?
For each hanging strip, use one hand to grip the extra portion of the strip we’ve provided, and use the other hand to hold down the adhered side. Pull the strip slowly in the direction of the arrow, keeping it as parallel to the surface as possible. Apply pressure to remove it easily, and it will not leave any marks or residue behind.

As long as the hanging strips are installed according to our instructions and used on suitable surfaces, they leave no sticky adhesive residue behind.
What if I place it incorrectly? How can I adjust it?
If the hanging strip is placed incorrectly, gently remove it from the surface and use a new strip to reapply, following the installation steps. Please note that the strips cannot be reused, so it’s recommended to finalize the position during the first application or use a new strip for reinstallation.
Our picture hanging strips set has been designed with trial and error in mind. Each set includes enough strips to give you the opportunity to reposition as needed.
For hooks, we provide extra strips beyond the number of hooks included.
How much weight can the hanging strips hold?
Our hooks and strips come in various sizes. Generally, each strip can hold between 0.2kg to 2kg, depending on the size and type of the product.
For different sizes of picture hanging strips, the weight capacity varies. The extra-large (XL) size has a maximum weight capacity of 16 lbs, large (L) size has a maximum weight capacity of 12 lbs, while medium (M) and small (S) sizes have maximum weight capacities of 8 and 4 lbs respectively.
What should I do if the adhesive strip breaks during removal?
Slide dental floss along wall, then stretch off remaining strip.

What area can you deliver? Do you provide international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. All orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands will incur a 100% surcharge on the standard shipping rate, and only standard shipping is available to these remote areas.
What is the shipping time? How are shipping fees calculated?
Standard Shipping takes approximately 4-7 business days, while Expedited Shipping takes around 2-4 business days.
Currently, we are offering a free shipping promotion.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us by email as soon as possible with your correct shipping address. We will try our best to intercept the package and update the address. However, there is a possibility that the delivery may fail and the package will be returned to our warehouse.
